Napa Valley Wine Train Launches Romantic Love Line Experience in 2027
All aboard for romance!
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, the Napa Valley Wine Train is turning up the charm in February 2027 with The Love Line, a new wine country excursion aboard a vintage 1915 Pullman rail car decked out with hundreds of roses, love poems, and plenty of wine.
Created in partnership with Napa Valley’s The Vice Wine, the three-hour roundtrip journey travels from downtown Napa to St. Helena, with a seasonal three-course gourmet lunch, a welcome glass of sparkling wine, and optional wine pairings.
Framed verses from Shakespeare, Rumi, Maya Angelou, and Elizabeth Barrett Browning add to the romantic mood.
Before or after the ride, couples can leave their mark on the train’s Love Lock Bridge, with an optional package that includes a keepsake photo, two glasses of wine, and a lock to attach to the bridge.
The Love Line runs Fridays through Sundays in February and March 2027, departing at 11:30 a.m. Guests must be 21 or older.
Napa Valley is just an hour north of San Francisco and makes an easy day trip or overnight getaway from the city.
